Look at the magnificient vintage pictures taken in summer/fall 1969 during a visit of the factory. Lots of brand new 911s waiting for shipping, and also Number one before restoration (it had been bought in Switzerland in bad shape). Enjoy these unique pictures (found on the cool early 911/912 US forum (www.early911sregistry.org).
Marco Pelucca, the aircooled Porsche expert in Southern Switzerland, just provided me with few pictures of this fantastic 1973 911 S 2.4 Sportomatic Coupé. He traded the car decades ago, and he recalls that the car was fully optioned, full leather interior in beige, with original sport seats, chrome option, muffler skirt, sunroof, metallic green paint, and as said the Sportomatic transmission. How beautiful! I wonder where the car could be today. It has never been seen again, and Marco lost its traces.
