Our friends Karim and Haul own two magnificient Porsche, a 1971 911T 2.2 tangerine and a 1965 912 slate grey. Every summer they drive to Le Mans classic where they spend time, and Karim drives thousands of km with wife and daughters! The 2017 Coupe des Alpes has attracted like every year a large group of Ecurie Lyford members from all around Europe, who have chosen this fabulous tour from Evian to Cannes as the place to meet together once a year. I could only attend the dinner in the evening before the Coupe start, and it was already a good occasion to meet good old friends and to see a colourful mix of early Porsche 911 and 912!
